In the agriculture age, the social factors as shown in the above diagram were the key factors for Politicization of issues. The major issues were related to land reforms. Economical factors for better living standard of people compelled the business and governance issues to be more in favour of Privatization of business and land. This was necessary as privatization was the only way where one could achieve a better project mindset.

In order to establish a better market share and larger market capitalization, competitive factors created an immediate need of Professionalization of the business. Private ownership or the family owned business came into the hands of professionals who had a proven record of managing affairs but were detached from the ownership of the organization. Global factors are the driving force for moving to the next stage of P4 evolution which is Projectization.
